How to request updates or corrections
If you need to update or correct information on a doctor profile, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Submit updated information
Re submit the correct or updated details using the Enlist Doctor form. Please ensure the information reflects the most accurate and current details for the profile.
Step 2: Explain the changes and notify us
In the submission, clearly mention what information has changed or why the details are being re submitted. After submitting the form, please contact us through the Contact page to let us know that an update request has been made.

Once notified, the updated information will be reviewed and applied to the existing profile where appropriate.
Profile removal requests
If you would like to request removal of a doctor profile, please contact us through the Contact page with a clear explanation of the request. Profile removal requests must be submitted by the doctor listed on the profile or an authorised representative.
To protect accuracy and prevent misuse, verification may be required before a profile is removed.
Who can make a request
Requests should come from the doctor listed on the profile or from an authorised representative, such as a clinic, hospital, or medical institution.
Requests submitted by unauthorised parties may not be processed.
Review and verification
All requests are reviewed manually.
